1. The counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pending the writ petition, the respondents have now accepted the application for voluntary retirement moved by the petitioner and as per the order, the petitioner stands voluntarily retired w.e.f. 30th November, 2016.

2. In view of the same, the present Writ Petition in its present form has rendered intructuous. However, it is expected that since they have

-2voluntarily retired the petitioner, they shall ensure that the dues payable to the petitioner on his retirement is released, at the earliest.
