2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking relief to direct respondents to conduct review DPC for his promotion.
3. The petitioner is a Deputy Commissioner and posted as Secretary to Hon'ble Speaker, Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly (on deputation) at Raipur.
4. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition may
be disposed off directing respondent No.1 to decide his representation dated 06.06.2018 within stipulated time.
5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, looking to the submission of the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with this direction that respondent No. 1 shall decide representation filed by the petitioner dated 06.06.2018 expeditiously preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and procedure.
