Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners have made representation to the Collector, District Dantewada for redressal of their grievances on 11.03.2016 but it has not been considered and decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.
Be that as it may, the Collector, District Dantewada is directed to consider petitioners' representation and take decision on the same,
expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing the affected parties. 4.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. It is for the authority to consider and decide the petitioners' representation strictly in accordance with law. 5.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
