1. Petitioner is Class-IV employees working in the Veterinary Department in District Raipur. He is claiming consideration of his case for adjustment in regular establishment by virtue of the order issued by the Directorate of Veterinary Service Chhattisgarh on 31.03.2016.
2. It is submitted that similarly placed employees in Dhamtari District have been adjusted in regular establishment, however, despite representation petitioners' case is not considered by the competent authority of Raipur District.
3. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that in the event petitioner prefers representation claiming benefit of the order dated 31.03.2016 (Annexure P-2) within a period of one month from today, the competent authority shall consider and decide the representation, on its own merits, within a period of three months from the date of submission of representation.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall decide the matter, on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law, without treating any observation made in this order, as opinion on the merits of the case.
