1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to file a detailed representation before the respondent authority. He further submits that a direction may be issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner sympathetically.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of the petitioner is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with the aforesaid liberty.
