2. This is second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested on 23.01.2020 in connection with Crime

No.23/2020 registered at Police Station Bodhghat, District Bastar (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. First bail application of the applicant has been rejected on 04.08.2020.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstance to entertain this second bail application. Accordingly, second bail application is also rejected.
