By way of the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent authorities not to disturb the possession of the Petitioner over Plot No.93 situated at Balrampur and also seeks a direction to restrain them from using the said land as garbage dumping area. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before the respondent authorities raising her grievances.

No objection from the other side.

Looking to the aforesaid submission of learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Petitioner to make a representation before the respondent authorities within a period of 15 days and thereafter, the competent authorities are directed to consider and decide her representation in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.

For a period of four weeks, the Petitioner shall not be dispossessed from the subject land and there shall also be a stay of construction of alleged garbage dumping area over the subject land. 6.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law on its own merits.
