Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that petitioner has been removed from her present place where she was residing and now she is landless / houseless therefore, the State be directed to consider and grant them relief of rehabilitation. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the petitioner are at liberty to make a representation before the Collector, Bastar, for her rehabilitation which will be considered and decided by the Collector, Bastar, expeditiously preferably within a period
of 3 months from the date of representation strictly in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
