Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 15/07/2019
1. Considering the fact that the order of attachment has been passed pending an enquiry, which is contemplated against the petitioner, this Court does not find any strong case made out by the petitioner calling for an interference with the impugned order.
2. However, taking into consideration that the order has been passed for 4 months, now it is expected that the respondent No. 2 shall take an early decision on an enquiry, which has been contemplated against the petitioner. The petitioner would also be at liberty to make representation to the respondent No. 2 in this regard.
3. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition accordingly stands rejected.
