This instant petition is filed challenging the transfer order dated 28.03.2016, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from District Legal Services Authority, Durg to District Legal Services Authority, Kanker.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a Class-IV employee, therefore, he may not be transferred to other district, which is 350 to 400 k.m. away. It is further submitted that the transfer order is dated 28.03.2016 and the petitioner is on medical leave, he may be allowed to join at District Legal Services Authority, Kanker the place of transfer and it is prayed that the petitioner may be given a liberty to file a representation raising all his grievances against the transfer and that may be decided by the respondent No.2 in accordance with law keeping into the fact the post of the petitioner. 3.

Considering the submission made, it is directed that the petitioner may join his transferred place at District Legal Services Authority, Kanker and if so advised the petitioner may file a representation within further period of 15 days and the representation if so made within further period of 15 days after joining, the same may be decided within further period of one month by the respondent No.2.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed off. No order as to costs.
