1. The grievance of the Petitioner is against the order dated 14.07.2014 whereby the Petitioner has been transferred from Gariyaband to Jagdalpur.

2. By virtue of interim order passed in his favour on 22.07.2014 he continued at the said place of posting i.e. at Gariyaband.

3. At this stage, learned State counsel submits that they shall not insist upon the compliance of the impugned order any further, however they may have the liberty to pass a fresh transfer order in case the need so warrants.
