Looking to the reason given in aforesaid application that counsel for the applicant was busy in another Court, this Court is satisfied that when the aforesaid writ petition was called, the applicant was unable to appear on sufficient ground. Hence, the aforesaid application is allowed and the writ petition bearing W.P.(S) No. 1183 of 2011 is restored to its original number.
