2. In the return of the Railways, Annexure R/1 dated 24.7.2018 has been annexed. This is a communication of the respondentRailway authorities to the petitioner as to why the e-registration of the firm cannot be accepted.

The stand of learned counsel for the petitioner is that since this decision has been subsequently taken and there is a right of appeal before the Chief Commercial Manager, South Eastern Central Railways, Bilaspur, he would like to avail the said remedy. He prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.
