Mr. Rakesh Kumar Jha, counsel for respondent no.3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order in this writ petition has since been withdrawn by the State Govt. and therefore, he does not want to press the writ petition any further. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed as not pressed. The interim order passed by this Court on 13.10.2020, in the light of the subsequent order of the State Govt. dated 01.12.2020, stands vacated. The respondent no.3 would be at liberty to assail the subsequent order passed by the State Govt.
