P.U.D. has been received from Court of Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Durg (C.G.), praying for extension of time to conclude the trial.

This Court had, while disposing off M.Cr.C No. 8357/2018 on 08.02.2019, directed the trial Court to conclude the trial preferably and as far as practicable within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of that order.

After considering the reasons mentioned in the P.U.D. for nonconclusion of trial so far, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made by the Court concerned for grant of two months extension of time for conclusion of trial in the case concerned.
