1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the incorrect surname of the petitioner and his father's surname in the certificate issued by the respondents so far as High School certificate is concerned.
2. According to the counsel for the petitioner, the respondents had already been approached by the petitioner on an earlier occasion for correction and the second time, when they had issued the certificate, there are still mistakes existing which needs correction.
3. Given the nature of grievance that the petitioner has in as much as the spelling of the surname of the petitioner as well as his father's surname have been wrongly reflected in the certificate whereas the name and surname of his mother has been rightly reflected in all the certificates.
4. The grievance of the petitioner can be redressed as of now by permitting the petitioner to approach the respondents No. 1 & 2 by making a suitable representation along with all supporting documents to show the correct name/surname of the petitioner as well as his father. The said representation be decided in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of representation of the petitioner.
