1. The explanation given by learned Civil Judge Class-II, Katghora regarding giving three months' time for recording plaintiff's ex parte evidence in Civil Suit No. 11-A/2016 pending since 07/01/2006, is totally unacceptable. Trial Court has to take care of each and every case pending in the Court and cannot adjourn the suit for a period of three months on the pretext of taking up the old matter.

2. Learned trial Court is directed to record plaintiff's evidence on 09/08/2019 and dispose of the suit immediately thereafter.

3. With the aforesaid observation as well as direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.

4. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial Court through the Registrar General.
