Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that against the order dated 18.05.2018 (Annexure - P/1), petitioner has made a representation before the Collector of Stamp, District Mungeli on 25.05.2018 which has not been considered and decided till date. 2.

Be that as it may, the Collector of Stamp, District Mungeli is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and take decision on the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
