1. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsel for the applicant submits that he has instructions to state that the respondents have proposed to move the file processing promotion of the applicant and in view of the same, the counsel for the applicant does not intend to press the contempt petition at this stage. However, he prays for liberty to come to the court at a later stage, in case if the grievance still survives.

2. With the aforesaid liberty, the present contempt petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
