Learned State counsel would submit that the petitioner has challenged the notice issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Pendra Road calling upon him to appear before the said authority and to file reply, but thereafter, on 17-4-2017, the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) has closed the case finding that he has no jurisdiction, as such, the petition has become infructuous.
2. The statement is taken on record and the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
