Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in violation of Nistar Patrak, cremation hall is being constructed for the Village Paladikhurd.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the Collector, Janjgir Champa for redressal of his grievance which will be considered and decided by the Collector within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing the affected
parties.
