Alleging that one Nand Kishore has fraudulently obtained services in view of the acquisition of land belonging to the Petitioner's family, the Petitioner had preferred Writ Petition No. 2621 of 2001 in which an order has been passed by this Court on 10.3.2016 directing the South Eastern Coalfields Limited to make enquiry against the said Nand Kishore and take appropriate decision both in respect of the services of Nand Kishore and the claim of the Petitioner.

Shri Bakshi, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, would submit that enquiry has already been completed and a finding has been recorded against Nand Kishore, pursuant to which Nand Kishore has been dismissed from services on 20/22-10-2016, yet the Petitioner's claim for appointment in view of acquisition of the land belonging to her family has not been taken.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case and previous order passed by this Court, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent - S.E.C.L. to decide the Petitioner's claim in respect of employment/appointment within a period of six weeks from today. The Petitioner shall submit certified copy of this order before the concerned authorities of S.E.C.L. within 10 days. 4.
