1. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.42 of 2020, registered at Police Station Kurud (out post Birejhar) District-Dhamtari C.G., for the offence punishable under Section 397, 34 of the I.P.C.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination

MCRC No. 7687 of 2020 of the victim - Jawahar Patel.

3. Permission granted.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
