1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that vide order dated 29.04.2017 the petitioner has been transferred from Gram Panchayat, Jarve to Gram Panchayat, Lavsara, on probation period.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned State counsel that the impugned transfer order has been passed on administrative exigency, it may not be open for this Court to assess the existence or gravity of the administrative exigency, which has necessitated the impugned order, therefore, let the petitioner move a representation before the concerned Secretary raising her grievance in the matter within a period of two weeks

from today. On such representation being filed, the concerned Secretary shall decide the representation at the earliest, preferably within a period of 4 weeks from the date of submission of representation.

3. Till the petitioner's representation is decided or for a period of six weeks, whichever is earlier, the impugned order shall remain stayed in respect of the petitioner and she shall be allowed to continue at the present place of posting.
