2. Chhattisgarh Government through Collector, District Janjgir Champa, District : JanjgirChampa, Chhattisgarh --- Respondents 11.07.2018 No one appears for the petitioners when the matter is called even in second round.

Mr. S.R.J. Jaiswal, Panel Lawyer, for the State. Since no one appears to argue the case on behalf of the petitioners despite repeated call, this Court is left with no other way except to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, this writ petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is dismissed for want of prosecution.
