It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is employed as Shiksha Karmi Grade-III by order dated 28.02.2009. On her representation for transfer to District Raipur, a consent was given by respondent No.3, on the basis of which, a transfer order dated 26.05.2016 was passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Raipur. In compliance of this order, the petitioner has joined the office of Zila Panchayat, Raipur on 27.05.2016. Later on, the transfer order was cancelled on 30.06.2016 against which WPS No.3455 of 2016 was presented before this Court and by order dated 05.08.2016, the operation of the order impugned was stayed.

It is submitted that the petitioner has not been paid salary since the date she

has joined in the office of Zila Panchayat, Raipur. This petition has been brought only for the relief for disbursement of salary after the date of joining of the petitioner in the office of Zila Panchayat, Raipur in compliance of the order passed by the respondent No.3.

Considering this prayer, it would be appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider on the fresh representation made by the petitioner. It is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondents within a period of 15 days from today and the respondents shall decide the representation at the earliest within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It shall be open for respondent No.3/Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Raipur to consider regarding the entitlement of the petitioner to receive salary of the period after her joining to the office of Zila Panchayat, Raipur.

No opinion has been expressed regarding the merits of this case and respondent authorities are independent to decide the representation on its own merits in accordance with law, regulation and rules. 5.

This petition is accordingly disposed off.
