1. At the time of argument, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and an application under Section 311 of Cr.P.C has been moved by the prosecution for recalling some witnesses. He further submits that he is not aware of the fact that the said application is allowed or rejected by the learned Trial Court.
2. Since, the matter is in final hearing stage, all the witnesses have been examined and considering the prayer of both the Counsel appearing for the parties, the instant application is disposed of with a direction that learned Trial Court shall conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within 3 months from the date of receipt of this order.
3. Accordingly, the instant application is disposed of.
4. Learned Counsel for the Applicant is also directed to inform the Trial Court about the direction given by this Court.
