Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 20/07/2017 Vide order dated 07.03.2017 passed in TPC No.68 of 2016, this Court directed that the records of Civil Suit No.357 of 2016 pending in the Family Court, Durg be transferred to the Family Court, Surajpur. Vide memo dated 02.05.2017, Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg has informed that there is no Family Court at Surajpur. Therefore, the order dated 07.03.2017 passed in TPC No.68 of 2016 (Smt. Gita Vs. Sunil Kumar) is modified only to the extent that in para 8 of the order, in place of "Family Court, Surajpur", it shall be read as "District Judge Surajpur".
