The present writ petition has been filed aggrieved of the decision of the respondents whereby the claim of the petitioner for consideration for the post of Teacher (English) at Bilaspur division has been rejected on the ground that the petitioner has cleared his TET exam subsequent to the results of the recruitment process were declared.

The advertisement in the instant case was published on 09.03.2019 and last date for submitting of the application was 25.04.2019. The petitioner being eligible had applied for the same and the petitioner on participating in the written examination cleared the same and he was subsequently called upon for documents verification on the 21.01.2021.

During the course of the documents verification, the respondent No.3 however declared the petitioner as disqualified for the reason that the petitioner has cleared the TET examination only in December, 2019, whereas the results of the written examination was declared on 21.11.2019.

On the same set of facts this Court has already in WPS No. 2039/2021 applied its mind and has dismissed the writ petition vide order dated 09.06.2021. The facts of the said writ petition also was identical where the candidate's disqualification was clearing the TET after the results of the written examination was published.

Since this Court has already expressed his opinion in an identical set of facts, this Court is inclined to dismiss the present writ petition on same terms. Accordingly, the present writ petition also stands rejected in terms of the order dated 09.06.2021, passed in WPS No. 2039/2021.
