2. On due consideration delay of 32 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, I.A. No. 01 of 2019, application for condonation of delay, in filing of instant

CRMP No. 1707 of 2019 appeal is allowed.

3. The trial Court has acquitted the accused of the charges under Sections 363, 366 and 376(2) of I.P.C. and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

4. The prosecutrix, examined as PW-18 before the trial Court, has turned hostile and has not supported the prosecution at any stage of examination.

5. Considering the statement of prosecutrix and other evidences on record, we are not inclined to grant leave to appeal.

6. In view of the above, the present CRMP deserves to be and is hereby dismissed.
