1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted an application before the Registrar, Firms and Society, which is not being considered and no orders are being passed.

3. Learned State counsel submits that application is not in proper order.

4. It is for the Registrar to consider and take appropriate decision on petitioner's application one way or other and the application cannot be kept pending without any decision.

5. The Registrar should decide the matter by taking appropriate decision on

petitioner's applicatiion as early as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
