1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been retired on 30.06.2019, thereafter, all the documents and papers for payment of the pension and retiral dues are forwarded but the respondent is not

taking any decision. Thereby, the interim pension which was to be paid to the petitioner has not been released.

2. It is contended that for the intermediate period for some interim pension was paid, however, despite all correspondences has been made, the retiremental dues has not been made. It is further contended that the petitioner has made a representation before the Respondent No.4 to send all the necessary papers, however, the same is not decided.

3. This fact is also not disputed and all the documents would show that the petitioner is a retired employee. The Annexure-P1 is annexed herewith, which is the order for payment of pension and the retiral dues, which is unfortunate. Despite the petitioner has been retired as a teacher, his retiral dues are not supplied.

4. Though the petitioner has been retired in the year 2019, considering the plight of the petitioner, the respondents are directed to decide the entitlement of the retiral dues of the petitioner which include the payment of pension and shall release the same within a period of 45 days, from the date of receipt of this order.

5. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge Vishakha
