Shri Satish Gupta accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. With this, the petitioner is not required to pay process fee for issuance of notice to the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court has disposed of identical petitions i.e. WPS Nos. 2431, 2448, 2432, 2442, 2444, 2446, 2439, 2441, 2450, 2445 & 2436 of 2017 on 26.05.2017 and WPS No. 2507 of 2017 on 05.06.2017 as the petitions were not maintainable, reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to assail the impugned order

before the appellate authority within a period of 30 days from the date of order. He submits that the matter may also be disposed of reserving the liberty to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for the above. 6.

As prayed on behalf of the petitioner, the instant WPS is dismissed as not maintainable reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the impugned order before the appellate authority within a period of 30 days from today. 7.

No order as to cost.
