The main grievance of the writ petitioner is that the impugned order dated 30.05.2017 has been issued in contravention to the order dated 04.10.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No.5458/2016. 2.

On a query being put to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he admits that the said writ petition, i.e., W.P.(S) No.5458/2016 is still pending consideration before this Court. If that be so, in the opinion of this Court, the present writ petition shall not be maintainable as the

-2remedy, which would be available to the petitioner is by moving an appropriate application in the said writ petition. 3.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to move an appropriate application in the said writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
