At the outset, it is brought to the notice of this Court that against the order passed by the learned Single Judge in WPS No.2237 of 2017, writ appeal has been preferred registered as W.A.No.275 of 2017, which has been admitted for hearing and there is interim order also that the direction contained in paragraph 6 of the order in the writ petition shall remain stayed for a period of three months. 3.

In view of above disclosure, this petition, at this stage, need not be kept pending

and disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to revive depending upon the outcome of Writ Appeal No.275 of 2017.
