1. The aforesaid MCrCs are being disposed of by this common order as they arise out of Crime Nos.12/2019 & 11/2019 registered in Police Station Orcha, District Narayanpur for offence under Sections 341, 392, 34 of the IPC.

2. These are the 2nd bail applications on behalf of the applicant.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in similar offences bearing separate crime numbers registered at the same or adjoining Police Station, the applicant has already been released on bail in MCRC No.6660/2021. He would also submit that co-accused Hirdu Kumeti, Onkar Kumeti and Dholendra Baghel have been released on bail in MCRC No.4501/2020.

4. The first bail application of the present applicant was dismissed on 19.11.2020 along with three other crime numbers in which the present applicant is also involved. The present bail application was admitted for hearing because the applicant is in jail since 5.11.2019.

5. Considering that the applicant is in jail since 5.11.2019 i.e. for more than 2 years and all the offences are triable by the JMFC, as also the length of pre-trial detention, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

6. Accordingly, the applications are allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
