2. Admit.
3. Also heard on an application filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for extension of time for furnishing bail bonds.
4. Vide order dated 28.05.2020, this Court had granted benefit of regular bail to the applicant and he was directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond in the like sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety for the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Court. It was further directed that in compliance of the order of the Supreme Court of India dated 23.03.2020 in the matter of In Re: Contagion of COVID 19 Virus in Prisons (Suo Moto Writ Petition (c) No. 1/2020), he need not furnish bail bonds
afresh and the bail bonds already furnished shall be deemed to be the bail bonds furnished in compliance of the order of this Court, but if he has not furnished the bail bonds earlier, then he will be required to furnish bail bonds within four weeks' from today.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the applicant's family members are living in Delhi and due to lockdown period, there were no travelling facilities available to visit Bilaspur, therefore, the bail bonds could not be furnished within time. Hence, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly consider the application filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for extension of time for furnishing bail bonds.
6. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application the same is allowed. In order dated 28.05.2020, para 7 of the said order is modified to the extent that further one month's time is extended from today for furnishing bail bonds.
7. Accordingly, the instant petition is modified to the extent indicated hereinabove.
