petitioners/defendants could not file written statement due to the reasons beyond their control, due to which the trial Court has closed the opportunity to file written statement. (2) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. (3) Keeping in view the submission made by counsel for the petitioner and the matter has still not proceeded further, the time is extended for seven days from today to file written statement subject to payment of cost of Rs. 5,000/- to respondent No.1/plaintiff. Accordingly, the written statement will be filed before the trial Court on or before 28th August, 2018. (4) It is made clear that the cost will be paid, on or before 28th August, 2018 or on the date of hearing fixed by the trial Court, to the respondent No.1 /plaintiff. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. Certified copy, as per rules.
