1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition was the inaction on the part of the respondent no. 2 in not finalizing the transfer and mutation of the shop belonging to the petitioner in favour of his relative.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 submits that the respondent no. 2 has already initiated mutation proceeding for transfer of the said shop and publication in this regard has already been issued and there is

-2all likelihood of the matter to be be finalized in-accordance-with law at the earliest.

3. Given the said submission made by the counsel for the respondent no. 2, the writ petition stands disposed off at this juncture with a direction to the respondents to ensure that the proceedings be concluded at the earliest, preferably within a period of ninety days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. It shall be ensured that all the concerned parties be duly served and heard while deciding the matter.
