1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is the order dated 30.07.2016, Annexure P/1 and also the order dated 27.05.2017, Annexure P/2 whereby the earlier order of transfer has been modified.

2. On a specific query being put to the Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, he fairly admits that the present Petitioner has remained at the present place of posting for a fairly long time. This itself does not entitle the Petitioner for any interference by

this Court with the order which has been passed in administrative exigency.

3. Other contention raised by the Petitioner is that the place of posting has not been properly mentioned by the Respondents in the impugned order. It is left open to the Petitioner to make an appropriate representation before the State Government, if he so wants aggrieved with the order of transfer or place of posting. On any such representation being made, it is expected that the same shall be decided at the earliest.

4. With the aforesaid observation the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
