1. Mr. Mateen Siddiqui enters appearance on behalf of the respondents and submits that he has instruction to state that within a period of four weeks from today, the Order shall be duly complied with in accordance with law.

Given that the said undertaking by the counsel for the respondent, this Court is of the opinion that no purpose would be served in keeping the Contempt Petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet, if the contempt petition stands disposed off at this juncture, expecting the respondent to take a decision at the earliest as undertaken by the counsel for the respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
