Versus
Shri Ajeet Vasant Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat Janjgir, District JanjgirChampa, Chhattisgarh ................(Contemnor) ---- Respondent For Petitioner :
Shri Ravindra Sharma, Advocate For Respondent :
Shri Alok Bakshi, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 17/07/2017 The respondent has filed his reply dated 17.07.2017 wherein Annexure R1 dated 14.07.2017 has been filed which shows that the objection which was filed by the petitioner has been decided and the same stands rejected. In view of the fact that the direction given by this Court in WPS No.1271 of 2017 dated 16.03.2017 was only to decide the objection filed by the petitioner at the earliest, this Court is of the opinion that by issuance of the order dated 14.07.2017 though at a belated stage but the order of this Court appears to have been complied with.
In the said given factual background, this Court is not inclined to proceed further with the contempt proceedings. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands dismissed.
Needless to mention that the dismissal of this contempt petition would not come in the way of the petitioner if he so chooses to challenge the order dated 14.07.2017.
