Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that against the order of removal, the Collector has granted interim order in favour of respondent No. 3 and the case is now fixed for consideration on 17.08.2018 therefore, the Collector be directed to dispose of the pending appeal expeditiously.

The prayer is fair and reasonable and is allowed. 4.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Bemetara is directed to conclude and decide the pending appeal expeditiously, on or before 30.08.2018. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
