The issue falling for consideration in this case has already been considered and decided against the petitioner by order dated 02.01.2017 in WPS No.1656/2016 (Tukesh Singh Thakur and another vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others) and other

connected matters. The said judgment of the Coordinate Bench is binding on the Court, even though the writ appeal is pending against the said judgment.

Considering the commonity of the issue, the present writ petition is also dismissed in terms of the order passed by this Court in Tukesh Singh Thakur (supra).
