This Court is reluctant to entertain the present petition for a simple reason that there is already a specific direction to the respondents to consider and decide representation of the petitioner at the earliest. In the event, the respondents fail to comply with the directives of this Court, the petitioner would be at liberty to file contempt petition against the respondents. Second writ petition cannot be filed against same cause of action.
