1. This criminal appeal preferred under Section 21(4) of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 is directed against the order dated 10.8.2021 passed by the Special Judge (NIA Act), Bilaspur, by which the appellant's application under Section 439 of the CrPC has been rejected.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant would submit that out of 20 listed witnesses, 17 witnesses have been examined and therefore, it would be expedient to direct the Special Court (NIA Act), Bilaspur to conclude the trial within the stipulated time.
3. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
4. The Special Judge (NIA Act), Bilaspur is directed to examine
remaining witnesses and conclude the trial within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid observation / direction, the present appeal is disposed of.
