Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 27/07/2017 Learned counsel for the respondents submit that similar petitions have been disposed off by this Court with liberty to raise dispute under Section 55 (2) of the Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 (for short 'the Rules of 1960'). In view of the aforesaid submissions, this petition is also disposed off on the same lines as order dated 20.07.2017 passed in WPS No. 3171/2017 with liberty to the petitioner to prefer dispute under Section 55 (2) of the Rules of 1960 before the competent authority.
