Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the review application preferred before the Collector.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would also submit that the Collector may be directed to decide the review application at the earliest.

The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the review application. The concerned Collector is expected to expedite the earing of the application. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
