1. Heard counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking relief to direct the respondents to release the deputation allowance payable to him @ 40% of basic pay strictly as per the circular dated 01/12/2011 with interest @ 12% per annum.

3. The petitioner is Deputy Registrar and posted at Co-operative Societies, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur.

4. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondent No.1 to decide his Annexure P/10 within a stipulated time.

5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with this direction that respondent No.1 shall decide the petitioner's representation Annexure P/10 expeditiously preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, according to law and procedure.

6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
