Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 16/12/2020 :

1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.180/2020, registered at Police Station Bhatgaon District Balodabazar Bhatapara for offence punishable under Section 294 and 307 of the IPC.

2. The applicant has repeatedly assaulted the injured causing injuries over his head, back, left ear and left shoulder.

3. Having seen the injury report and the statement of the injured, I am not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the applicant. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
